Ride Along

The purpose of the Ride-Along Program is to encourage community involvement by allowing participants to ride as observers with patrol officers. The Ride-Along Program promotes a better understanding of the challenges, risks, and rewards of policing within a university setting.

Ride-along participants will have an opportunity to see firsthand how officers respond to different types of calls for service. This program is dedicated to helping those in the community experience the roles officers play and the circumstances they face during each shift.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age and pass a background check.

Complete the Ride Along Request Form and submit to Officer Jimmy Morelli.
