Notice of Availability of the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) requires colleges and universities that receive federal Title IV funding to collect, report, and publish information about safety and fire policies and procedures; crime statistics; and fires that occur in student housing facilities by October 1st of each year.  The University of Kentucky publishes both an Annual Safety and Security Report and an Annual Fire Safety Report.  Links to the most recent annual reports are provided below.

2023 Annual Safety and Security Report

The Annual Safety and Security Report is a useful reference source. It contains information regarding campus law enforcement, drug/alcohol policies, and prevention/awareness programs related to and the University’s response to sexual assault, domestic or dating violence, and stalking.

2023 Annual Fire Safety Report

The Annual Fire Safety Report is also an excellent reference, containing information regarding student housing fire statistics, fire drill policy, electrical appliance, smoking and open flame policy, and evacuation policy.
